Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Precondition : Samsung DeX 1- Open Chrome 2- Make a research or go to a website 3- Select the star to "Bookmark this page" -> the saving bookmark pop-up on the bottom of the page is not fully display What is the expected behavior? The pop-up should be clearly display What went wrong? The saving bookmarks pop-up is not fully display on screen Did this work before? Issue related to Samsung DeX as in-house team not having the Samsung Dex to test this issue.Some one from MTV team please look in to this issue. Thank You!

We were able to repro this issue on Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950U)/NRD90M in Dex mode, with Chrome: 61.0.3163.98. However, this issue is no more reproducible on latest Chrome: 62.0.3202.73 & Chrome Beta: 63.0.3239.20. shivam.t@, Can you please test this on the latest chrome stable and beta and let us know if this is fixed?

Able to repro on chrome stable 62.0.3202.84 w/Galaxy S8 DeX.
