download location's Hungarian translation is wrong

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Open chrome://settings/ and scroll down to Downloads (in the Hungarian version) What is the expected behavior? Under downloads, location should be localized as "letöltési hely" (download location) or "letöltött fájlok mentési helye" (save location of downloaded files) What went wrong? Now location is localized as "Tartózkodási hely", meaning "place of residence". Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.6, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100 and latest canary #63.0.3235.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M59 old builds. From M58 and older builds, when md-settings were not applied, the location was localized as "letöltés helye" as in attached screen shot 772620@M58.jpg. On chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100, location is localized as "Tartózkodási hely", as in attached screen shot 772620@M61.jpg. On latest canary, it is not at all localized, as in attached screen shot 772620@M63.jpg. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
