Steps To Reproduce:
(1)AU to M62(9901.38.0)
(2)login to guest user and touch on uber tray 
(3)

Expected Result:

Actual Result:
Uber tray ON and OFF with touch input and later some time open new tab while touching on uber tray. Please see the attached video file. 

Issue is not reproduced after rebooting the device.
