MD Extensions: if the extension has an error, should detail view page has a button to go to error console? |

Issue descriptionWhen an extension has errors, you see a big red "ERROR" button when you're on the landing page, but if you click "details" to go to the details page, there's no indication that this extension you're looking at has errors. should we have an equivalent "ERROR" button somewhere in the details view?
