Repositioning devtool extension tabs does not persist

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the developer console 2. Move an extensions tab panels position 3. Close the developer console 4. Re open the developer console 5. Notice tab is not in the same position What is the expected behavior? When moving a tab that is an extension its state should persist. And retain the order after the developer console has closed. What went wrong? After moving the a tab that is an extension and closing the developer console the extensions don't persist there position. * moving tabs that are default persist Did this work before? Yes 58 or 59 Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.5 Flash Version: This causes issues with the consistent placement of tabs. As well as when the developer console is smaller, important extension tabs are put into a dropdown
