M63 is branching soon, we will be taking only critical merges. It would be great to have a fix ASAP.

(1) I can't reproduce this consistently on 63.0.3236.0 on Windows 10 - happens sometimes for some window sizes, but not always, and not for all window sizes (2) This is an internal chrome page that is unlikely to be printed. (3) It is not clear to me that this is actually a distinct issue from crbug.com/623857 , which is also about the animation in the preview area for print preview when settings change and has been open for some time. As a result, removing RBS label.
