UI glitches when hardware acceleration is turning on.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn hardware acceleration
2. Check many sites (example: http://avito.ru
3. Browse some pages

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Many of UI glitches

Did this work before? Yes All worked well until last update

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

reporter@ Thanks for the issue.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 ,Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Canary 63.0.3236.0 and Stable 61.0.3163.100 following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated http://avito.ru site.
2. Browsed the site for a while and can observe no glitches in the UI.

Please find the attached screen cast for reference and confirm if anything is missed from our end.

Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread if there are any issues.

Hardware Acceleration is Enabled in chrome://settings before following the steps mentioned above.

maybe the problem occurs on a specific PC configuration. My colleagues have the same version of the browser and some people have the same problem.
