Drop down appears irrelevantly after mouse scroll

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. opening my web application, works fine before mouse scroll 2. after mouse scroll, dropdown element is appearing irrelevantly, wrt the amount of scroll 3. if i click mouse scroll down, drop down goes up with the same height What is the expected behavior? drop down element was working fine with previous version of chrome. What went wrong? after the recent chrome update drop down element behaves differently (i.e) appears irrelevantly works fine with chrome 60 and Firefox and IE and Edge only chrome 61 version has this problem. Chrome latest update has some problem with mouse wheel scroll can't able to provide trial URL mouse scroll has some issues with drop down elements Did this work before? Yes chrome 60 version Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: googled every possible way, 1) clear cache & reset chrome 2) tried in latest canary & stable version 3) tried in chrome Beta version 4) tried updating scrollTo.js to latest version 5) tried replacing another optical mouse nothing is working! help !

This is likely caused by changing the scrolling element to be the document element that occurred in Chrome 61. Please provide a reproduction URI so we can advise you on how to fix it.
