UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. opening my web application, works fine before mouse scroll

works fine with chrome 60 and Firefox and IE and Edge

only chrome 61 version has this problem.

This is likely caused by changing the scrolling element to be the document element that occurred in Chrome 61. Please provide a reproduction URI so we can advise you on how to fix it.

We are still waiting for a reproduction URI, Please provide one.
