What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Swype keyboard
(2) Navigate to "data:text/html, <div contenteditable>test"
(3) Long press "test"
(4) Tap the delete button on the on-screen Swype keyboard
(5) Long press in the editable area to show the selection handle

What is the expected result?

Selection handle appears at the bottom of the editable region.

What happens instead?

Selection handle appears at the top of the editable region.
