I've tried to enable those tests twice:

Reverted, as I made a dumb mistake and specified wrong path.


2) https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/688029

Reverted, as It revealed that not all dependencies are correctly specified.

That is also needed for splitting the builds, otherwise we won't be able to precisely find dependencies for each particular fuzz target.
