Unable to Copy

Chrome Version       : 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : NA
Other browsers tested: Firefox and IE
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS/FAIL Not Tested
    Firefox: PASS/     57.0b5 (64-bit)
         IE: PASS/     11.0.9600.18792

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I not able to highlight and Copy


What is the expected result?

I should be able to copy if I use Left click and hover mouse from Left to right

What happens instead?

It's not highlighting or not copying

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Tested the issue on windows 10  & 7 and mac os 10.12.6 using M61 #61.0.3163.100 and M63 #63.0.3235.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screencast for reference.

@ lovelyboy17.rajat-- Could  you please try in fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled and if you can still able to reproduce the issue , please provide us the screencast for reference.

Due to lack of user response closing this issue, please raise a new issue if you come across the similar one in any of the latest chrome versions.
