The check_compiler_flags script in ~/trunk/src/scripts/hooks.install/qa-elf.sh no longer works properly, as it assumes the compiler was GCC and the flag -frecord-gcc-switches was used.  This needs to be fixed (updated to check the flags correctly checking debug info rather than .GCC.command.line.
