Sheriff-o-Matic shows all sheriffs (for today) as PST, but that's wrong.

For 2017.10.05 SoM is showing

Chromium Sheriffs
rockot (ends Oct 6 PST)
nhiroki (ends Oct 6 PST)
wjmaclean (ends Oct 6 PST)
tnagel (ends Oct 6 PST)

but tnagel is really EMEA and nhiroki is Asia, so this is misleading.

Properly solving this I believe is blocked on crbug.com/807715 (adding timezone data to the rotation API). But in the meantime, I think we should probably just remove timezones from those timestamps to not be misleading.
