Background color is showing as patch

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create two divs and position them one over another
2. Apply different background colors to them
3. Apply some opacity to both the divs

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Colors are showing as patch

Did this work before? Yes Not Sure

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10

Tested the issue on windows 10 and mac os 10.12.6 using chrome M61 #61.0.3163.100 and M63 #63.0.3236.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Not observed any lines as in given screenshot in comment #0.

Attached screencast for reference.

@ jlbvar19-- Could you please check in fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled and confirm us if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue.

This time, checked in different machine.

Disabled all the extensions, reset chrome and issue could be reproduced as said above.

To reproduce the issue, browser was refreshed n number of times, put in full screen mode and checked.

Does the effect depend on the window size? Could you please paste in the output of "chrome://gpu" to this bug report?

And finally, could you try Chrome Canary (which can be installed alongside the version you have) to see if the problem persists? We have had bugs due to GPU driver bugs that might include this case.

Issue could not be reproduced in Chrome Canary

I believe this is a duplicate of the existing opacity issues. Marking it as such.

If I'm right, the fix was merged into Chrome 62.0.3202.48.
