Regression:Folder icon on bookmark bar doesn't appear properly.

Chrome Version:63.0.3233.0 (Official Build)e8cc7650d44155e942550b9c730eafc9c5ba8ab6-refs/heads/master@{#506599}(32/64-bit)  
OS:Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and press ctrl+shift+B such that bookmark bar appears
(2)Right click and add folder, observe the folder icon.


Actual: Folder icon on bookmark bar doesn't appear properly.

Expected: Folder icon on bookmark bar should be properly seen.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.

You are probably looking for a change made after 411492 (known good), but no later than 411493 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

As noted in the CL description, this is an intentional change to make the folder image look like Win 10 native.
