Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome,open Devtools window and navigate to 'Settings' section.
2. Then Click on 'Blackboxing' and click on 'Add Pattern' button.
3. Now resize the browser window and observe on devtools window.

Actual: Text overlapping is observed on devtools after resizing browser window.
Expected: Text overlapping should not be observed
