When clicked on "Show Password" button, system password is not asked

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.100, 63.0.3231.0 
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 16.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome application and Login to Google chrome account.
(2) Navigate to chrome://settings/passwords.
(3) Click on the Menu button displayed adjacent to any password and click on "Details" button.
(4) Under "Password" field, click on "Show Password" button.

What is the expected result?
Before showing password, user should be prompted to enter System Password (Same as in Mac and Windows)

What happens instead?
Password is displayed directly without asking the user for System Password.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Untriaging this issue as it is observed from M-50.

Re-auth for Linux is not implemented yet. Only for Windows and Mac. There must be a bug about that. 

I mark it as old issues without activity, because we didn't look into this for a while.
