What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open 'Add Printer' in settings
(2) Add a Nearby Printer
(3) Have setup fail because we can't detect the configuration
(4) Cancel set up
What is the expected result?
We get printer information for the cancellation
What happens instead?
We don't get printer information.
This is not causing user visible issues AFAIK but it's preventing recording make and model information for this situation.
