Provision timeouts in elm, kevin and veyron

I noticed there were some errors getting results. Dan, do you know what this is about?

"/usr/local/autotest/result_tools/utils.py: No such file or directory"

That's some expected error on the particular test (provision_AutoUpdate.double), as the cached /usr/local/autotest/result_tools was removed after the dut was provisioned during the test.

It has nothing to do with test failure. It seems that the suite somehow runs too long and eventually timed out.
