Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
The problem is in Chrome 61 we changed the scrolling element to be the document element. We did this to match Firefox and the standards. (ie; after that change you don't need the user agent check unless you are targeting old browsers.) And you have this code: scrollElem = ((navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf('webkit') != -1) ? 'body' : 'html'); You should change this to: scrollElem = document.scrollingElement ? document.scrollingElement : ((navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf('webkit') != -1) ? 'body' : 'html');
