Changing status to get this out of triaging queue.

Found several forms where Chrome saves wrong password:

The problem is the same: there are two fields a password and a PIN/DOB. Our heuristic (LocateSpecificPasswords) points to the latter field, but a user probably wants to save the former.


This site has another issue. This is a bug. I will investigate.

Update to #7 about smbc-card.com: the site has autocomplete="new-password" for the wrong field (the suffix of member number). 

Please make sure to collect votes on which autocomplete="new-password" fields he users type their saved passwords. It seems to be the case that many websites put this into sign-in forms. https://www.lendingclub.com/auth/login is another example.
