Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create two divs. 2. Set css opacity for both divs 3. Look in browser. What is the expected behavior? Show two divs without strange effects. What went wrong? Strange effects with strange pixels. Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 61.0.3163.79 ,on latest stable 62.0.3262.75 and on latest canary 64.0.3254.0 using Windows 7 with below mentioned steps. 1.Downloaded test.html and style.css into one folder. 2.Opened test.html and observed no pixel structures. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Please check the attached screencast and let us know if we miss anything. And also please check the same on latest stable, dev and update us the behaviour.You can download latest stable build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. If the issue still persist please provide the detail steps and If possible guide us with the screencast to reproduce the issue from TE end Thanks!

@lukas - to clarify, can you reproduce at all anymore? It sounds like you saw it on 61, but no longer see this on 62? Can this bug be closed?
