Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load Chrome 2. Load Developer tools 3. click the kebab menu and navigate to Settings 4. Click devices What is the expected behavior? I expect to see latest device sizes. What went wrong? Many phones are missing such as the Iphone 8, 8+ and X Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: I understand that you can add a custom device however I would expect chrome to offer the latest mobile devices

Verified the fix on Mac 10.12.6, Win 10, Ubutnu 14.04 using latest chrome version #63.0.3238.0 and the latest devices are showing (Iphone 8, 8+ and X), attached screenshot for reference. Adding TE-Verified labels.
