Chrome's windows automatically full screen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9592.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel auron_yuna

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. If I move the mouse, the window move in full screen. I don't want that ! I want to control it. Windows are always moving in big/small: headaches !

Could you please disable all extensions to see if that fixes the issue? If you have only Incognito windows open does the problem persist?

Oh no ! there is no more problem !! so what can I do ? Which extensions is responsable ?

I'll mark this bug as fixed for now.
Sorry but it is not ! How can I used current Chrome without having this problem ? Do I need to throw a specific extension ? Do I need to use always incognito window ?! Thanks for your answer
