automatically select filename extension (.bin) for "save as image"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. find any image
2. right click on it and select "save as image"
3. automatically select filename extension (.bin) checkbox is selected by default

What is the expected behavior?
automatically select filename extension (.bin) should not be default to bin or should left uncheck

What went wrong?

jeckferson@ Thanks for the issue.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Stable 63.0.3236.0 and Dev 63.0.3230.0 following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and opened a image on chrome.
2. Right click on the image and selected "save image as..."

Could observe that the file extension is shown as .jpg and cannot find .bin extension or checkbox anywhere.

Please find the attached screen shot for reference and confirm if anything is missed from our end.
Request you to please help us with the exact steps to reproduce this issue and provide us the screen cast for better understanding.

Here come the response. It's ok on Ubuntu because of gtk filepicker. Mine is kde.
