Steps to reproduce the problem:
I've used a Kinesis Freestyle2 Blue bluetooth keyboard with my current Chromebox for several months. Occasionally it suffers a loss of connection and typing fails to send text to the computer. When that happens, I can usually resolve it by clicking Bluetooth Enabled in the system tray. The characters typed since sync was loss then appear.
For the past two days, I have experienced a more tenacious issue:
1. Hit the Caps Lock key to type some text in all-caps.
What is the expected behavior?
No interruption in text input.
What went wrong?
Text input interrupted. Undoing Caps Lock does not resolve (even when Caps Lock undone by clicking with mouse on Caps Lock icon). The workaround I have found is to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth pairing with the keyboard.
In contrast to the connection-losses experienced prior to this week, characters typed after Caps Lock is set do not appear after connection restored.
Did this work before? Yes Not sure
