DCP Proxy bypass regularory request

Other browsers tested:
     Safari:Ok
    Firefox:Ok
         IE:Ok

Problem statement:
Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) has requested the blocking of the above listed url.

Proposed Solution:
MTN Nigeria has chosen DNS poisoning.

Constraints:
Other browsers have been tested OK from the mobile device to these url and are blocked.
But Chrome on Android still accesses these url.

Request:
Kindly assist to add the above listed to DCP proxy bypass list.
