Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3230.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start a hangout 2. Join the hangout 3. Share your screen What is the expected behavior? No warnings/errors in Mac OS X Console app What went wrong? Once my screen is shared in Hangouts, every second I see multiple instances of this warning in the Mac Console application: Unknown CGXDisplayDevice: 0x41dc9d00 Along with the error: IOReturn IOAccelSurface2::surface_unlock_options(enum eLockType, uint32_t): surface is not locked Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3230.0 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.13.0 Flash Version: Not sure whether this is a problem per se, but my machine appears to be running much slower when using Hangouts in High Sierra compared to Sierra.... hence why I started to looking to see if there were errors in Console etc. The problem is particularly pronounced when the screen is shared... to the point on occasions when Chrome becomes totally unresponsive. Not sure whether these warnings/errors are related. MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

The errors appear in the Mac OS X Console App (launch via Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Console), not the browser console. See attached screenshot.

Paul@ Thanks for the feedback.. Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13 using chrome latest canary 63.0.3236.0 and stable 61.0.3163.100. Unable to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest stable and Canary. This is a Non-regression as the CGXDisplayDevice errors are observed in Console from M-50 chrome builds, when we share the screen during a Hangout video call. Please find the attached screen shot for reference. Hence marking it as 'Untriaged' for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
