Yes, i too face the same issue on chrome, for me vertical scroll not working when using overflow auto. If there is any change in DOM scroll is happening.

61 version only making problem.62 beta and developer 63 version working fine. PLease check and update ..

Unable to reproduce this issue using latest stable 61.0.3163.100 and latest canary 63.0.3233.0 on Mac 10.12.6 with this url https://css-tricks.com/examples/OverflowExample/. i.e: Able to scroll overflow:auto with touchpad. @Reporter: Could you provide sample URL on which you are facing this issue? And also upgrade your Chrome to latest stable and check. You can download latest stable build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel Thanks!!

bisecting between 61.0.3163.100(r488528) and 62.0.3202.38(r499098) using https://css-tricks.com/examples/OverflowExample/ didn't show any regressions. Still waiting for a reproduction URI. It also works on 63.0.3234.0.
