macOS - Expose mode shows a window distorted

Reported by mer...@yandex-team.ru, Oct 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3181.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open two windows
2. Make one window narrow
3. Invoke the Expose mode (ctrl+down, or 4 fingers down)

What is the expected behavior?
All browser windows will show on the screen, with their natural proportions.

What went wrong?
A window is distorted, and its focus frame (blue border around) is even wider than the window.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 62.0.3181.0 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

The bug is unstable. I see it frequently, but not always.
Maybe the precondition is a popup balloon on another window. I'm not sure.

Interesting fact!
The distortion has disappeared suddenly.
But as I has resized the window again, it starts distorting in opposite ratio!

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3181.0, and on latest canary 63.0.3233.0 using Mac 10.12.6 with steps mentioned below.

1. Opened 2 windows of chrome >> Narrowed one window
2. Used ctrl+down arrow to invoke expose mode. No Distortion is seen. Attaching screenshot for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please check whether we are missing anything in steps. And also check the same on latest beta and canary. You can download latest beta and canary builds from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel.

Well, the behavior is quite unstable and unclear.
More or less regular steps to reproduce:

1. Open a browser window.
2. Double-click on its top to make it full height.
3. Open a new tab.
4. Detach the tab to a new window.
5. Select first window.
6. Expose. You will see that the focus frame is wider than the window.
7. Go back.
8. Resize second window.
9. Expose. You will see the distortion.

Maybe the width of first window matters.
