Reported by mer...@yandex-team.ru, Oct 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3181.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a bookmarks folder
2. Add there 11 bookmarks
3. Invoke a context menu on this folder and check that it shows "Open All (11)"
4. Add 3 more bookmarks (not via bookmark manager, just by clicking the star button)
5. Invoke the context menu again

What is the expected behavior?
It should show "Open all (14)"

What went wrong?
It still shows "Open all (11)"

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 62.0.3181.0 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

When I opened another browser window, context menus on them become showing DIFFERENT numbers (11 and 14 items).
