Context menu for a bookmarks folder shows wrong number

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3181.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a bookmarks folder 2. Add there 11 bookmarks 3. Invoke a context menu on this folder and check that it shows "Open All (11)" 4. Add 3 more bookmarks (not via bookmark manager, just by clicking the star button) 5. Invoke the context menu again What is the expected behavior? It should show "Open all (14)" What went wrong? It still shows "Open all (11)" Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3181.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: When I opened another browser window, context menus on them become showing DIFFERENT numbers (11 and 14 items).

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3181.0 and on latest canary 63.0.3233.0 using Mac 10.12.6 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Issue is not seen in Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10 This issue is seen from introduction of count in context menu.i.e form M60. Hence considering this as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.
