macOS : popups stay on screen in MissionControl / Expose / Show Desktop modes

Reported by mer...@yandex-team.ru, Oct 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3181.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a browser window.
2. Click the star button to show a popup.
3. Enter the macOS Mission Control (ctrl+up, or 4 fingers up) or Expose (ctrl+down, or 4 fingers down) mode.
4. Being there, select the browser window - a blue border will appear.
5. This will leave the Mission Control / Expose mode.
6. Click the star button to show its popup again.
7. Enter the Mission Control / Expose / Desktop (F11, or 4 fingers outwards) mode.

What is the expected behavior?
The popup moves with the window (Mission Control / Expose) or outside the screen (Desktop).

What went wrong?
The popup stays on its original position. And all further popups of this window will stay.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 62.0.3181.0 Channel: dev
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

The behavior is independent for each browser window. Attached video shows it.

Oh interesting. This is likely an issue with child windows and expose. Given how long this issue has been around, I'm just going to mark this as available. Might be a good first bug.
