Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch app
2. Run the case to scroll the webpage to a particular element or location using ScrollToElement action by providing valid xpath 

Note: For reference please consider P1 test case- “ Load page with huge content- scroll a website to top with some velocity”

Observed results:
Server side error is displayed as “An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Mobile scroll supports the following strategies: name, direction, predicateString, and toVisible. Specify one of these”

Expected results:
The web page should scroll to the location provided in xpath
