Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Log into Hotmail Account 2. Notice the page continues to refresh. What is the expected behavior? My outlook should display and I should be able to view my emails. What went wrong? The page continues to refresh and I am unable to access my email. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100 and latest canary #63.0.3231.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Logged into Hotmail Account 2. Observed that outlook displayed without any issues. standrewmileageclub@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #63.0.3231.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
