FileDataPipeProducerTest.HugeFile files under Fuchsia

FileDataPipeProducerTest.HugeFile attempts to create a 100MB file in /tmp, to test reading of files larger than the DataPipe buffer.

Fuchsia's /tmp currently has a per-file size limit of 64MB, causing a truncated Write(), and failing the test.

Reduce test file size in FileDataPipeProducerTest.HugeFile.

The test file doesn't need to be so large, and the size exceeds a limit
under Fuchsia, breaking the test.
