Accessibility broken for listItem

Issue description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run this code inside of WebView in Android.
2. notice that there are two grouping for listItems, let's call them list item 1 and listItem 2. Notice that in the listItem 2 div we have a wai-aria role of button meaning that you can press upon this grouping and it will go to some other page.
In the first instance I don't have the role of button, yet TalkBack calls it out in the end as a button by saying "double tap to activate".
What is the expected behavior?
When there is no role of button, talkback should not speak such a thing.
What went wrong?
Test Code:
<div id="list" class="listview">
<div tabindex="0" title="List Item #1" id="listItem" class="listItem">
<div class="icon"></div>
<span id="li1">Output #1 </span>
<span id="li2">Output #2 </span>
</div>
<div tabindex="0" title="List Item #2" id="listItem" class="listItem" role="button">
<div class="icon"></div>
<span id="li3">Output #3 </span>
<span id="li4">Output #4 </span>
</div>
</div>
