Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign in to BOA main page
2. click to any other page
3. BOA main menu bar not displayed

What is the expected behavior?
On other browsers BOA menu bar is displayed on top of all pages allowing you to either sign out or go to a different menu item

What went wrong?
