On chromium-browser-snapshots I can find following folder:
https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Linux_ARM_Cross-Compile/

It looks like last time Chrome was cross compiled for Linux a long time ago. Do we have any chances to allocate bot which will cross compile for ARM on Linux or maybe some bot already exists? I'm not sure but maybe ChromeOS build is ARM one?

We need this build for puppeteer [1] to support different arm-based Linux OS such as Raspbian for Raspberry Pi, feature request from users [2].
