Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Restart solves the problem 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? When I go to energy saving mode and wake my PC up later, the Chrome interface looks like default Windows 7 with buggy Chrome style tabs on it. Well, thats not a fatal bug, but I think you want to fix this. Also the buttons won't work. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Don't Panic

It's not a problem that will cause fatal crashes or something. As I said. I just want to inform you that there is a bug or something with the window of Chrome if I wake up my PC from energy saving mode. Nothing special.

hugo@ Thanks for the issue. Tried to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12.6, Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Canary 63.0.3232.0 and latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 with the below steps. Launched Chrome after a while and could observe that Chrome is opened without any issues. Request you to please retry the issue on a new Chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread if there is any issue. Also please provide us the exact repro steps and screen cast for better understanding of the issue. Thanks...
