Create a web platform test for errors on long procedures |

Issue descriptionCurrently we test that the browser responds correctly when a device gives an ATTRIBUTE_NOT_LONG error. It should return a NotSupportedError. However, we don't test what happens when an actual "long" sub-procedure has been used.
