Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open test file with browser windowed 2. resize window via mouse, sometimes blue bg become visible when the layout relayout happens before the image relayout 3. especially visible if you unfullscreen a fullscreen window What is the expected behavior? a) blue bg should never appear (maybe a little during dragging, but at rest should never be there) b) layout should be deterministic - given a window size it shouldn't matter if I get there by dragging, resizing or directly at page load What went wrong? if you reach a certain window resolution by loading directly into that resolution, by dragging a larger window to that resolution or by dragging faster or slower, the ending page layout is different, as shown in the attached gif Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
