Unable to clear Chrome history

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Problem remains no matter how many times I try to clear history or how i do it. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? 1.Used the drop down menu as normal 2. tried to clear history using all options and individual entries 3. history fails to clear Did this work before? Yes Version just before I downloaded V 61.0.3163.100 Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 and Windows 10 using chrome version 61.0.3163.100. Able to remove the history and associated data by selecting all options and by by selecting individual entry. @ miglarb: Request you to please do a system restart, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations. Removing Bisect label, will add if required again. Thanks.!

Have already tried that several times but still does not work. Could the problem be related to any Windows 7 issues?

miglarb@ Thanks for the feedback. Retried the issue again and unable to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12.6, Windows 7 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Canary 63.0.3232.0 and latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and able to delete the history from chrome://history by selecting one entry and selecting all entries. No issues are observed, Request you to please retry the issue on a new Chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with observations. Thanks...

Thanks - the issue somehow resolved itself -I have no idea how or why... and I was able to clear history last night. I still suspect it may have had something to do with other Windows 7 issues i am seeing but who knows.
