Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Night Light in flags
2. Set customised schedule (Night light works as intended)
3. After extended break (12+ hours) nightlight is stuck on last state and has to be switched on or off manually 

What is the expected behavior?
Night Light should work as per schedule.

What went wrong?
It looks like to me that the start time value is somehow changing (the ui in image 1 shows the start/end times stacked on top of each other-this is a broken state.)

Image 2 shows the sliders readjusted and the feature starts working again, responding in real time to the inclusion/exclusion of the current time, i.e. activating and  night light.
