Shows Code and then redirect

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/1696588
2. Click On Find YOur Ip Address Button
3. And Wait and see what it shows and redirect to IP address display page.

What is the expected behavior?
Direct Display Page not a page code

What went wrong?
For some seconds it display page code and then shows results.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable

I see similar behavior on older Chrome stable channel as well i.e., 60.0.3112.113 and I see similar behavior on Beta(62.0.3202.38) , Dev(63.0.3230.0) and Canary(63.0.3231.00)

Able to reproduce this issue on 61.0.3163.100 , on latest canary 63.0.3231.0 using Mac 10.12.6, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 with steps mentioned in comment#0.

You are probably looking for a change made after 416459 (known good), but no later than 416460 (first known bad).
