When casting to a Chromecast, the cast will only mirror, and will not source from Netflix

Reported by benbelland@gmail.com, Oct 3 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use google-chrome-stable on 64bit xubuntu
2. have a chromecast
3. try to cast using the kebab method from this particular computer

What is the expected behavior?
casting regularly

What went wrong?
[1684:1719:1002/184544.884213:ERROR:service_manager.cc(156)] ConnectionInterfaceProviderSpec prevented service: content_plugin from binding interface: memory_instrumentation::mojom::Coordinator exposed by: content_browser

Did this work before? Yes will still work if a different cast method is used. ie the netflix button rather than the chrome button

Chrome version: Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable
OS Version: Xubuntu
Flash Version: None external

Yes, I believe this to be a security risk, either in Linux or in Chrome, possibly both.
