Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a page that uses a shared worker, such as http://mdn.github.io/simple-shared-worker/ 2. Go to chrome://inspect/#workers and click "Inspect" under the shared worker 3. Reload the page 4. Observe that What is the expected behavior? The page should function normally, just as it does when not inspecting the shared worker. What went wrong? The reloaded shared worker is paused in the debugger on line 1, which prevents the page from working until the shared worker is manually resumed. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 I know not many people use shared workers, but this makes it really annoying to do development with shared workers, and at least one other person noticed the same thing: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/blink-dev/97N5eRcsS84
