v8.detached_context_age_in_gc failing on 2 builders

Builders failed on: 
- Win 7 Perf:

This benchmark has been failing on both platforms for at least a month. The story 'Docs  (1 open document tab)' is consistently failing. https://console.developers.google.com/m/cloudstorage/b/chrome-telemetry-output/o/profiler-file-id_0-2017-10-02_11-42-2482438.png is a screenshot; it looks like it's a login issue again.
