smoothness.key_desktop_move_cases failing on 3 builders

https://console.developers.google.com/m/cloudstorage/b/chrome-telemetry-output/o/profiler-file-id_0-2017-10-02_07-11-4848105.png is a sample screenshot. It looks like something is wrong with the recording maybe? I feel like i've seen issues like this before. It only seems to be failing on these platforms though.

I'm going to disable this on mac.

The story seems to be failing, so disabling it on mac for now.

rendering.desktop/gmail_move has been re-recorded as rendering.desktop/gmail_move_2018 and is now re-enabled.
