Select-to-Speak focus ring stuck on screen after releasing 'search' key before releasing mouse |

Issue description1. Hold down search 2. Click with the mouse and start dragging 3. Release the search key (keeping the mouse button clicked) Result: Focus ring is drawn on the screen. Doesn't go away upon clicking 'search' or 'control' keys. Does go away if the user begins drawing another focus ring.
