Description: 
Chromebooks show squares on screen resembling the Chromevox feature or Switch Access for Android. 
The behavior happens and all web sites and menus.

Steps to reproduce: 
As soon as he affected user logs in, it takes a few seconds or the behavior to show.

No squares on screen

Troubleshooting steps taken: 
-wiped device 
-recovery 
-reset settings 
-reset chrome sync 
-recreated user 

Issue is reproducible on a Beta channel.

Possible cause of the issue is extension: "TOD0:Translated Switch access description" - pmfjbimdmchhbnneeidfognadeopoehp
